I use one call Sena. I have one for me and for my wife, so we can talk.
They work really well. The speakers are loud enough to hear even at highway
speeds, but they have to be placed right where your ears are. Since they
are bluetooth I can pair it with my cellphone and ipod. Phone calls also
work great, the sound quality is good enough that people can't tell that I
am on my bike. They are not cheap, but at the time I bought them their
price was competitive with respect to other brands.
