I have a post market rotor on my front disc brake and put a lock on it. It's pretty generic and cost me about $10 at a store closing sale in SF. I would recommend going by a shop with your bike, usually sales people will let you go make sure it fits your bike. Mine can fit in my fist and it's made by a company that does bicycle D locks...I can't recall the name off the top of my head. Just make sure that you get a bright cord that goes from your lock to your handle bars so you have a reminder that the lock is on the break.
