By "hard" I mean turning over slowly or taking more than one quick try,
especially when cold.

I solved a LOT of problems when I put a new battery in mine. Hot turn
signal cutting out, hard starting, poor running cold, wildly hunting idle
once warmed... It's amazing how much difference that battery makes!
