These folks that spends multiple thousands on gaudy bikes remind me of the
folks who buy the so-called off-road SUVs with the brush guards, snorkels,
and other assorted garbage that will never fend off anything more than
small cars in mall parking lots. Most around here appear to be detailed
frequently. There's no logic to be found. More money than sense.  Bill S.
