That sounds like about 3000RPM at startup, once the engine sounds like that I'd 
lower the choke to drop the RPMs to about half, the RPMs will climb as it warms 
up so repeat as many times as it takes until the choke is off. Or just start 
riding it once you get to 1/4 choke and turn the choke off after a couple of 
miles.
