Jump start it with some starting fluid. If you can get it running well enough to take it down the street. Leave it in second gear and run it up to redline then chop the throttle, keep doing that. That create high vacuum and will sometimes suck the crud out od the jets. A weak battery could also be a culprit for hard starting.
