And the result.  Of course, I took the crystal out and promptly dropped and 
chipped it, but with it inside, you can't see it.  I also probably should 
have cleaned up the inset a bit more, but this is for a first try.  I used 
Elmers glue and glued a toothpick to the crystal right in the middle to 
facilitate installation.  Then rolled the crystal in a spot of clear RTV. 
 Got one little glob on the inside, but I'm satisfied with the result.
