I agree with Javier. Check tension and alignment and wear of chain and
sprocket. The tension of the chain should be consistent. In other words,
with the bike on the main stand turn the rear wheel a little at a time
while checking the tension. It shouldn't get looser or tighter but should
remain consistent at about an inch of play. The sound on the video is
consistent with a loose/worn chain/sprocket out of alignment. Also check
rear sprocket for wear. The sprocket teeth should not be pointed but rather
be flat.
