This is not correct. No FM or FM2 model, including the FM2N, have TTL flash
control. It is necessary to set the flash to "A" (automatic) mode,
utilizing the flash's meter. Which, by the way, usually works quite well,
albeit with less flexibilbity than TTL flash would offer.
