The N90 and N90s don't have a built in flash, so flash exposure
compensation is performed by controls on the flash, not the body.
So on the N90/N90s, you have to have an SB-24/25/26/27/27 speedlight 
to do flash compensation.  Speedlights since the 25 support 3D TTL 
Matrix flash metering.
