I own a FE - MD-12 winder combination and have used it for years
as a backup system. Recently it has developed a problem where the
winder will start firing uncontrollably until either it hits the end of
the roll or I can get to the off switch. This even occurs in single
shot mode.
I thought it might be a battery problem and changed batteries in
both the winder and the camera. No luck. The problem is intermittent,
so you think it is fine then bang.
The winder button appears clean. It could be sticking somehow, yet
I cannot figure it out. Any ideas?
