hi david, take a look at http://teachnet.edb.utexas.edu/~leica/hc110.html - it's a rather developer-specific (kodak hc 110) paper, but will give you a good basic knowledge of b/w film processing - as long as you don't mind that it's a leica shooter who wrote it ;-). best regards andreas puefke, photojournalist berlin, germany
