The N60 has the same AF as the F4, 6006, 8008s, and N50. The F4 has a substantially more powerful motor, though, making it faster with certain lenses, i.e. the 80-200 2.8 which was useless in AF mode on my old 8008s. As for an F4 vs. F100, if you never use MLU, or change the finders, it's a viable option. You can probably get 1100 for your F4, minus the commission, or a bit less if you sell yourself.
