I don't know what you mean here.  Teleconverters don't have filter threads (at
lest my 3rd party ones don't).

I don't seem to understand your math.  As far as I know 1 second=1000ms.  So at
600mm you need 2ms or lower for a shutter speed.  But if you are going to
compromise your image with a teleconverter on a zoom, you should probably
consider using a tripod lest you lose even more quality.
