It probably won't have DOF preview ;) (though it SHOULD) Apparently the new EOS-300, which is the replacement for the EOS-500n (a competitor to the F50/N60) has a dedicated button for DOF preview. One would hope Nikon don't release any more bodies without this feature. It also has 7 point AF, so Nikon will need to have at least 5pt I would say.
