Hi Robert in Redlands, having used the F5 with several AI lenses and - interesting for you - an old 20 3.5 AI - modified (so it was non AI when I bought it) I never had to compensate with these lenses. The lenses I used my F5 with were the AId 20 f3.5, AI 80-200 f4.5 and AId 200 f4. No bad experience with these! Regards sImOn, Vienna, Austria
