Recently I came across a Nikkor 58mm F1.2 Noct in a local camera shop.
Itıs in nearly new condition. As anyone who has knowledge of this lens
knows they are usually expensive. This one is no exception.

For the past several years I have been using a Nikkor 50mm F1.2 for
existing light photography and on occasion for a general purpose lens.
Iıve mostly used it indoors but am planning on exploring existing light
outdoor photography when the weather turns warmer and dryer.

For years Iıve thought Iıd like to try a Noct for night photography and
existing light photography but until now, have never come across one. To
purchase this would, of course, be a great expense for a lens, the asking
price is US $1095. I would be using this on an F3HP or an FA.

If youıve had experience with a Nikkor 58mm Noct and have opinions or
comments on it, I would very much like to hear them.

Thanks,

Greg Rickert
