More than likely they will vignette if the 2 filters are used in conjuction
with each other, but there is no need to use both the L37C and a polarizer
together. If you use them together you are now shooting through another
piece of glass which degrades the image not too mention that you have now
introduced another air/glass surface which can cause diffraction also
degrading the image. I personally remove all L37C filters when I use my
polarizers.
