I would suggest that you try contacting Henry Posner (B&H customer service
exec) and explain the situation to him. (e-mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]) He
monitors thr rec.photo groups and is VERY responsive to customer concerns. If
anyone can assist you in solving this problem, he's the one!
