F100 vs. F90x
The F100 supposedly will withstand more abusive conditions that the F90x can.
It will have an incrementally better metering system (minor improvement)
It will have 5 1% spot meters
It will run about 1 frame per second faster
It provides an alternate AF sensor layout
It provides faster and more accurate AF.
It has custom settings which are settable on the camera.
Can be used as a lethal weapon.
The F90x on the other hand:
has Vari Program modes (Portrait, Silhouette, etc.) that the F100 does not.
is lighter.
has a full function data back available
The F5 has the following features not on the F100, N90s.
It is 3 fps faster
already has a built in vertical grip (8 AA batteries in the puppy)
Has interchangable viewfinders
Has a self diagnosing shutter
Has a 1/300 sec flash sync
Has Mirror Lock Up.
Has manual rewind
The viewfinder is made from titanium.
Has a 1005 cell matrix meter that is color aware (extra data in the
database lookup of scenes, probably an incremental meter improvement).
