The F100 brochure (footnote 7) and the F100 manual (footnote 9) are
contradictory on this subject. I believe the brochure to be wrong, as
neither I nor any other photographer I know who's put a MF lens on the F100
has had an exposure problem. The manual only notes that exposure
compensation is necessary for AI or AI-S teleconverters, and this is
consistent with other Nikons (the F5, for instance).
