My $0.02 on the list format:
The Digest format is very convenient, and it wouldn't bother me if the list
moved to a server that provided free service in exchange for a few ads.
Great Uses of the List:
I couldn't decide whether or not to buy Photo-Secretary for my new camera. I
placed an email here, and one of the list members who lives nearby
volunteered to help me out. He brought his laptop and cable, and I brought
my camera, and he showed me what the software did and how it worked. (We
also had a nice lunch discussing photography.)
