The TC-14B will not provide autofocus with this setup. Hope this helps.<<<<<<<< Now, I always thought the TC was an AF-I teleconverter, only working with AF-I and AF-S lenses. So in my opinion it would work with AF on the 300/2.8 AF-S but not on the 300/4 AF EDIF.
