        > between the FM2n and FM2 ?

The biggest difference is that the FM2n has
a maximum flash sync of 1/125 second. The
FM2 syncs at the odd-ball speed of 1/200 second,
and the meter doesn't work at that setting.

The FM2n is also calibrated for brighter (K2, B2,
E2) focusing screens like the FE2. The FM2 is
calibrated for the older screens (K, B, E) that
were introduced with the FE. It's not a big deal
though. I personally can't tell much difference
in brightness between my old FM and my FM2n, and
even if you can, you can put a newer screen in
the old FM2 and compensate by setting the film
        speed 1/3 stop lower.

I have a distinct feeling that I'm forgetting
some other little difference that will come to
me in the middle of the night tonight . . . .
        but -- since I can't remember it, it couldn't
        possibly be important. ;O)

        They're both great little cameras.
