Hello. The above URL is now active, and I am begining to install the majordomo software for it. I will be in full contact with Andrew for his assitance and suggestions. So I guess this is an unoffical "Welcome" until the site becomes oprational. My estimate is, If everything works according to plan, we can begin the migration process sometime towards the end of next week. Of course, it will take some time to design the site's interface, but while it is being designed, there is no reason not to use its mailing list capabilities. The server of the site has multiple T3 connections, which is ideal for photos and quick access to documantation. In order not to slow down the mailing list, the server that handles all the posts will be independant, as to keep a linear speed (not influenced by the hits of the main server). It too has multiple T3 connections and runs under the most current UNIX operating system. This costs much more, but guarantees the mailing list a full speed in all its forms.
