If built-in flash is not a must, then I guess buying an F90X wouldn't hurt. It fits all other requirements well. It has P mode but you can simply ignore it if you don't want to use it. My current combination is F90X + MB10 and an SB-26. But as they are no longer producing SB-26, you may have to look for an SB-28 instead. The MB-10 can wait.
