Nimscripter - Easy Nimscript-Nim interop

As I've finally got around to throwing it on Nimble, thought I'd share here 
that Nimscripter exists. [Git repo.](https://github.com/beef331/nimscripter) 
It's allows one to easily interop with Nimscript, so one can do scripted logic 
easily with Nim syntax, macros, and templates.
