They do not deserve an answer and even less praise. I am shocked to see a
moderator or "Community Manager" being so provocative. I am not understanding
where exactly this anger comes from. [This Co2 thing maybe
?](https://github.com/StefanSalewski/NimProgrammingBook/issues/23)

I read your intro and some parts of your book a year ago and just a week ago. I
have been amazed to see that the quality of your book has greatly improved. I
am going to contact you to suggest you some improvements when I can catch the
time to read your book.

> Less developed regions such as Africa and Asia

Why not just say « availability in countries with high shipping/taxing fees or
high-priced book »? I think that this is the main difference with a printed
book. This sentence is a bit problematic in two ways: – « Developed country »
is a generic term employed mainly by Western economists. It highly depends on
the chosen criterion (GDP, industry sectors, HDI). The expression being
imprecise can feel offensive. – Why Africa and Asia? Why not countries from
South America? Does Asia also include the Oceania region? Is China among them?
Again, on which criterion?

I would avoid the debate. You can say that you want your book to be universally
accessible.
