Yes learning the second programming language is much easier that the first one. I learned nim very well with the online material, and with the great help of the community here. You guys are really great. Am now at language twenty something, and the process to learn a new language has almost became a routine. But learning the details always takes a real project to understand them, and even then you are most of the time just programming in a subset of the programming language that you feel comfortable in, and other people solve the same problem very differently.
