@arnetheduck I've yet to see a "declarative!" programming style that truely scales/works. Regexes and SQL have Turing-complete variants and can be hard to debug too. HTML turned out to be so weak it had to be enriched with CSS and JavaScript. The PDF format has grown JS support too, not to mention the XML-based programming dialect that `ant` uses.
