x.x.4.x clients need to talk to another system.
It is working now after I configure the default route setting at the
Cisco switch.
Thank you,

You call 2 a switch ... you would never configure a switch as the
default
gateway. My guess therefore is that you have a hybrid with a routing
module installed in your 3750.

You haven't explained if your x.x.4.x clients need to talk to any system
other than your server #3.

Since your switch appears to be a router, it needs to know how to reach
the 'rest of the world' and in particular. So if it is routing, it will
need either a default route using NISTNet x.x.4.1 as the gateway OR
an explict route for x.x.5.0/24 to the NISTNet box.

An alternative is to disable routing functions is the switch and make
the
NISTNet x.x.4.1 the default GW for your #1 clients.

You also need to enable ip_forwarding and define a route(s) in the
NISTNet
system to deliver traffic between the interfaces.

With no changes, can you ping x.x.4.1?
>From NISTNet can you ping your server?
from your #1 clients, can you ping x.x.5.1?
