Jodhpuri Gatte
Ingredients

Oil
1/3 cup
Carom seeds
2 tsps
Aniseed
2 tsps
Garlic
2 tsps
Curd
1/3 cup
Turmeric
½ tsp
Cumin seeds
1 tsp
Chilly and ginger paste
1 tsp
Kasturi Methi
1 tsp
Cashew nuts (paste)
50 grams
Tomato paste
½ cup
Salt
to taste
Method
1. Knead the gram flour with water into dough.
2. Cut it into the gatte and fry it in a pan full of oil.
3. For the curry, take the ginger-chilly paste and add some garlic to it,
in a pan with some oil in it.
4. Add onions, cumin, tomato paste, turmeric, salt, and cashew paste and
add some curd to it.
5. Wait for the oil to separate out.
6. Then add the gatte and serve hot.
