Method

   

·         Cut the fresh paneer in to four centimetre cubes and sprinkle with 
salt and yellow chilli powder. 

·         Keep it aside.

·         Make a batter of gram flour, ajwain, salt, yellow chilli powder and 
small amount of cream.

·         Mix the batter well and gradually add additional cream to form a 
smooth paste.

·         Dip the paneer into the batter and place onto a tray and keep it 
aside for one to two hours.

·         Then put it into a skewer and cook in a moderately heated tandoor.

·         Remove the cottage cheese when the crust is golden brown.

·         To be served hot, sprinkled with kebab masala and accompanied with 
mint chutney.
