Method
Marinate the betki cubes with lemon juice, salt, ginger-garlic paste and leave
aside for 30 minutes.Take out the betki cubes and re-marinate in carom seeds
and yoghurt masala for two hours.Skewer
the fish and cook in moderate hot tandoor at 180 degree Celsius for ten
minutes or cook it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for ten minutes.During
cooking keep basting it with little butter or oil to make it crisp from outside
and to prevent it from drying.Serve with chat masala, lemon juice, melted
butter and onion.
