boiled rice1 coconut3/4 kg dark jaggery1 teaspoon cardamom powderHandful of 
cashews and almondsMETHOD •   Wash the rice, strain and dry it •   Roast on a 
hot tawa till it swells and becomes brown •   Grind it to a flow in a mixer  
•   Scrape the coconut and pound it; later mix it well with jaggery•   Add the 
rice flour gradually to this mixture; then pound it •   Add cardamom, chopped 
cashews and almonds •   Form the preparation into balls, while sprinkling dry
