EAST INDIAN (Pick of the season) PatticeServes 4INGREDIENTS400 gms maida 100 ml 
gheegaram masala / vindaloo masala to tasteFinely cut tomatoes and onions 3 
each500 gms  minced mutton / chicken / beef / paneer50 ml limecoriander for 
garnishing100 gms corn flour oil for deep fryingMETHOD•   Make a maida dough, 
using warm ghee and water•   Make small lumps and flatten them, like small 
chapatis•   Put the filling into the lumps to make rolls •   Apply these rolls 
with a paste of ghee and corn flour•   Put one on top of the other to form a 
big block, and then cut into small sticks / smaller blocks•   Deep fry these 
blocks till golden brown.FILLING•   Put finely chopped onions and tomatoes into 
1-2 tablespoons of oil and stir till golden brown•   Add the raw mince (chicken 
/ mutton / paneer) and mix•   Add garam masala (or vindaloo masala) •   Mix and 
cook for some time, and add lime and coriander at the end•   Add raisins /
