Who doesn't want to lead a healthy life ??? lets see how mudras help us to
attain in sparing our few minutes while you can either sit in a chair with
proper balance and do this Yoga Mudra or you can try along with some asana
by sitting down in a mat in the ground. This Mudra is similar to
Acupressure, very easy to do, by applying gentle pressure in the fingers,
the pressure point communicates to the brain and heals the cause. You can do
this while you commute in a bus, or when you chat with a friend, or watching
TV, but a quite place is preferred most. Just few minutes a day you will
notice a big difference.  If a mudra cannot be made in both hands, you may
do it in one hand only.  Very Affective if done for 24 minutes can be done
for 4-5 minutes too.

Musti Mudra(Anti stress)



Bend all your fingers and close them with your thumb on both hands.

Benefits : Controls Anger and Fears

                 Relieves Stress

                 Will have a good sleep.

PRASANNA MUDRA (Hair do Posture):

Keep hand near the chest. Rub the nails of the eight fingers against each
other for 5 to 10 minutes for 30  days. The thumbs should be straight.

: This slows down hair loss, with reduction of gray hair and split ends. It
makes hair lustrous and strong. while improving disposition.

VARUN MUDRA



With each hand: Touch the fore part of the smallest finger to the fore part
of thumb.

PRAN MUDRA (For Eye sight)

With each hand: Place the tips of the thumb, ring finger, and little finger
together. The other two fingers remain extended. As needed, use for 5 to 30
minutes. Or, as a course of treatment, do three times a day for 15 minutes.
The Pran Mudra activates the root chakra, in which the elemental force of a
human being is found. This finger position stimulates the nourishing energy
in the pelvic floor. The Pran Mudra generally increases vitality, reduces
fatigue and nervousness, and improves vision.

DHENU POSTURE:



Method: Crossing both hands, join the index finger to the middle finger,
ring finger to the little fingers and keep thumb to the other thumb. Point
the fingers downward. Close your eye and concentrate your conscious mind on
the mudra. While in this position you will feel your mental problems going
in to the earth through your fingers.

By practicing 1 to 5 minutes for 7 days, it is helpful in curing depression,
mental disturbance, despair, dissension and stress.
