Tell us about your daily diet.

I start my day with eggs,
toast and a glass of fruit or vegetable juice. Lunch is dal, sabzi,
rice and roti. Dinner is usually the same, unless I go out.  
 What’s your exercise routine?
I try to hit the gym whenever possible. I also do pilates.
What’s your favourite food?
Italian and home-cooked food. 
 

 Is there anything you binge on?
Fudge brownies.
What would you do if you have to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
Alter my diet and exercise routine accordingly. 
 

 How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?

A couple of times, but I don’t follow a strict diet which would be tough to 
follow.

What’s your idea of health?

To eat healthy and avoid stress.
