HK Cocktail
Ingredients: 5 chunks of lemon grass; 10-12 pepper seeds; 60 ml lemon juice & sugar mix; 60 ml vodka Preparation: Muddle the pepper seeds and lemon grass together in a glass and stir. Add vodka in this concoction. Add the lemon juice and sugar mixture to this. Double strain it and serve in a pre-chilled martini glass.
