MUSHROOM AND PEA SOUP         Ingredients Mushrooms, quartered 5-6Green peas 1 
cupCarrot, ½ inch cubes 1 mediumChicken stock 6 cupsBoneless chicken, boiled, ½ 
inch cubes 1 cupSpring onion greens, ¾ inch pieces 2-3Egg white 1MSG a pinchSoy 
sauce 1-2 teaspoonsSalt to tasteWhite pepper powder to tasteMethod1. Boil 
mushrooms, peas, carrot in chicken stock till done.2. While it is boiling, add 
chicken cubes and spring onion greens. 3. Beat egg white lightly and drop into 
the boiling soup through a sieve.4. Add MSG, soy sauce and lastly, salt and
