Method

• Marinate Bekti steak with salt, pepper, pinch of thyme and kasundi mustard. 

• Panfry the marinated fish and get even golden brown colour. Put the fishin a 
preheated oven and bake for 5-6 minutes till cooked. Keep warm.

• In a pan, saut chopped onion and garlic with a teaspoon of olive oil. 

• Adddiced button mushroom and saut for 1 minut before adding shitake andceps. 
Season and cook the mushrooms gently till they are cooked, keepaside. 

• Mince the olives caper buds and sun dried tomatoes finely

• Takea sauce pan and add wine, when the wine starts boiling add the 
mincedolive capers and sun dried tomato, take it away from the flame 
beforeadding chopped parsley and emulsify butter to it. Keep warm.
