I've run a smootwall firewall at home now for 5+ years. Not once have I had an issue with the proxy in it. It is really nice since all I need is a cdrom to boot the machine. I have it installed on a 80 gig drive so there is more than enough space for caching. Not ever had to look at the thing. Plus if you don't mind going that route, the IDS, if you get it working would be nice. -- Steven Critchfield [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "NLUG" group.
