I got one made by Cobra <https://cobra.com/detail/cobra-phonelynx-cell-phone-to-home-adapter-with-bluetooth-wireless-technology.cfm> and yes, it links to an Asterisk FXO port just fine. It worked okay with my Sanyo flip phone but neither my wife's Gallaxy IIs nor my (cough, cough) Blackberry Curve consistently get enough signal to work. So I've installed the Cobra at my parents house so that my mother may park her iPhone next to the base and have it ring all the cordless phones they have in the house.

If I lived where we had stronger Sprint coverage, I'd be using our cell phones as Asterisk trunks. Works, with signal.
