Does anyone have a suggestion for an issue tracking system that I can use
in a project with a client?  I think I would prefer a service that I can
create an account and project on and then allow my clients to create
accounts and create tickets and monitor their progress.

This is going to be a fairly small project so I will probably only need
something like five people involved, two from my company and three from the
client.
