For what it's worth, I use Freshbooks for invoicing my freelance work. They have a mobile app (I'm on iOS, but I'm sure they have Android, as well.) Their mobile app has time tracking and expenses built into it. I don't use those features very much, but I'm a big fan of their service for invoicing. I've been using it for years.
