What are you using for mail service for that domain, right now? Are you running your own mail server?
Google offers free email hosting for non-profits. I have a few clients that I've moved to free Google Apps. MUCH better to let Google be your mail server (if you're small and don't have dedication email support staff) and all you have to do is set up some DNS records for it to all work.
