Hi Shane,
               I upgraded to maven 2.0.7 and performed the following
command:

 bootstrap-build.bat -DVisualStudio2005

, following which installation started.

However I got the following error on the NMaven.Plugin.Addin.JavaBindingmodule:

After which the build continued but it continued complaining that the
maven-install-plugin for dotnet didn't exist and this continued unit there
was a build error.
