Okay thanks. I'm going to add an explicit version to the pom and see if that
solves it.  The error that you are now seeing is because the xsd executable
is not within your path. Check out:
http://incubator.apache.org/nmaven/getting-started.html#Building%20NMaven 2(a).
It tells you what you need on your path to do the bootstrap build.
