* The Associate Director of Clinical Pharmacology will be a subject
matter expert in DMPK, classical and quantitative clinical pharmacology.
* Responsibilities include leveraging translational approaches to
streamline clinical development and define the optimal dose/route/regimen of a
therapeutic candidate. This will include stage 1 through post marketing.
* Will be a Clinical Pharmacology leader on development teams for
pipeline molecules in nonclinical and clinical development.
* Depending on seniority, the successful candidate may also be
considered for leadership of cross-functional development teams.
* Additionally, the individual will be accountable for Clinical
Pharmacology aspects of regulatory filings along with presentation of results
and key messages to internal teams, executive management and external
collaborators.
* As a senior member in the Clinical Pharmacology organization, this
individual will mentor junior scientists, may have direct management
responsibility and will be instrumental in the further advancement of Clinical
Pharmacology
EXPERIENCE
PhD or pharmD with 6+ years of industry experience in Clinical Pharmacology
with strong PK/PD skills, extensive knowledge of pharmacokinetic concepts, DMPK
knowledge and pharmacokinetic analysis software (e.g., Phoenix WinNonlin) .
Should also possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills and
experience in regulatory interactions and ideally skills with tools for popPK
modeling such as NONMEM or PBPK modeling such as simcyp/gastroplus
