Ah, that makes sense. I was considering changing it on my local installation
to avoid cognitive dissonance, but I like the vaccination idea ;-)

In the meantime I'm enjoying learning to use non-timeline, non-mixer and NSM.
I like the fast GUI and the plain text session files. The dark GUI themes look
good and have plenty of contrast. Considering the small amount of code, the
level of functionality is very impressive.
